You will then be presented with the default table which shows \u2018everything\u2019 and is sorted by \u2018rank\u2019 or \u2018percent\u2019.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">At the bottom of the window is a jump screen that allows you to move from one screen to the next. You can control how many rows to display be selecting an option from the \u2018Show\u2019 pull down menu. Taxa are sortable by benefit as well as pathogenic potential.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp; <\/span>There are two ways to filter the data. <\/span><\/p>\n<h4 class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Using category tabs:<\/b> <\/span><\/h4>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">You can use the category tabs at the top of app\u2019s main screen to select taxa grouped by their associations with health and disease. Once a category is selected, the information will be displayed in graph form.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-506\" src=\"https:\/\/datapunk.net\/opus23blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/pansophia.png\" alt=\"Pansophia screenshot\" width=\"468\" height=\"186\" srcset=\"https:\/\/datapunk.net\/opus23blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/pansophia.png 468w, https:\/\/datapunk.net\/opus23blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/pansophia-300x119.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 468px) 100vw, 468px\" \/> <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">The PANSOPHIA graph uses the following symbols: <\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">An orange dot&nbsp;<span style=\"color: #ff9900;\"><strong>\u25ef<\/strong><\/span>&nbsp;<\/span><span class=\"s1\">denotes average %, the bar graphic represents the client data- specific %<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">For those with multiple data sets<\/span><span class=\"s2\">, a blue diamond<span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"> \u20df<\/span> <\/span><span class=\"s1\">denotes % change<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">Click on any desired taxon to open up its information pop\u2014up window for detailed information including taxonomy, an overview of known disease or health benefit associations, interactions and metabolomics. Click \u2018add\/ curate\u2019 to include it in your clients report. Additionally, the graph itself can be printed or added to your client\u2019s report. <\/span><\/p>\n<h4 class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Using individual taxon selections<\/b>: <\/span><\/h4>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">From the main screen, you can sort the taxa by \u2018name\u2019 or \u2018client %\u2019 then select desired taxa individually using the display box selections on the left hand side of the screen.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp; <\/span>Once you have made your selections, click the orange \u2018display selections\u2019 button at the top of the screen. The individual taxon information will be displayed in graph form. Click \u2018add\/curate\u2019 to include the graph in your client\u2019s report.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b> <span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp;
